Cassandra Turner is the heart and soul of HomeCare Flex. As a founding partner and marketing director, she has poured her 15 years of experience into creating a home care agency that truly feels like family. With a master's degree in social work and a background serving older adults and individuals with disabilities, Cassandra is uniquely equipped to understand the personal and emotional needs of her clients. Her experience includes serving as a legal guardian for individuals with traumatic head injuries, serving older adults in low-income housing, and providing community-based support services to older adults. Cassandra has a sharp ability to design care plans that reflect each client’s specific circumstances.

Driven by her passion for compassionate care, Cassandra's desire for HomeCare Flex is to ensure personalized in-home services goes beyond the basics. She believes in the power of connection, ensuring that every client and their family feels seen, heard, and supported.
